GAZA STRIP: After years in hiding as one of Israel's most wanted fugitives, Achille Lauro hijacking mastermind Abul Abbas returned without incident to the Gaza Strip Sunday. Abbas, leader of a faction within the Palestine Liberation Organization, said he was ready to make peace with Israel. "Everyone has rights and should obtain them through peace," said Abbas.
