BILLINGS, Montana: Two arrested freemen leaders are being held without bail on check fraud charges after a federal judge deemed them dangerous to the community on Friday. The hearing did not go well for LeRoy Schweitzer and Daniel Petersen, who called one prosecutor a "satanic worker," declared the hearing a "mistrial" and threatened to go on a hunger strike. After several outbursts, U.S. Magistrate Richard Anderson removed Petersen to an adjacent holding cell, where he continued to scream his objections over a closed-circuit system.
