Routine Disposal?

Replying to written questions, Mrs. Clinton has disclosed that, as part of routine Rose law firm practice, she designated four Madison Guaranty files for destruction in 1988. One was labeled "Madison Guaranty S&L - Ward option." Mrs. Clinton has said she has no memory of the project, but her billing records show she billed for 7 hours of Ward-related business.
