BAD TIMING:

During a week Hillary Clinton would probably like to lay low, she's scheduled to hit the road to promote her new work "It Takes A Village And Other Lessons Children Teach Us," a book about raising children. While Mrs. Clinton intended to focus on her 25 years work on children's issues on her national tour, she is likely to spend much of her time fielding questions on Whitewater and her handling of the travel office scandal.
