The Public is Fed Up:

A weekend CNN/Gallup poll suggests President Clinton's recent surge in popularity may be weakening. Though just three weeks ago Clinton's approval rating was 51 percent, this weekend it registered at 42 percent. At the same time, confidence in Congress rebounded with 47 percent wanting the GOP to have more command of the nation's direction while 41 percent chose Clinton.
