On Tuesday, as the trial of confessed assassin Yigal Amir begins, Israel TV's Channel Two plans to broadcast an eight-minute, amateur videotape of the assassination. The television company and the Yediot Ahronot newspaper reportedly paid $390,000 for the rights. The videotape is said to show Amir shooting Rabin pointblank, and the prime minister struggling to get off the ground.
