Los Angeles City Councilman Joel Wachs grew so ashamed of Fuhrman's taped comments that he took out a half-page ad, at a cost of $10,000, in the Los Angeles Times today. "The city owes you an apology," it reads, in part. "The Mark Fuhrman tapes have disgraced us all."
