Jerusalem police believe a Palestinian woman who died aboard the bus may have been the suicide bomber. For years, Israeli police and soldiers have let women pass freely through roadblocks leading to and from the occupied territories. Now, Police Minister Moshe Shahalhe told reporters, "it means that we have to see them as potential attackers."
