Before the ceremony, representitives ofMIA-POWgroups -- many of whom oppose the move -- will receive a special briefing at the White House from leaders of the U.S. delegation that worked with Vietnamese officials to account for American servicemen missing since the conflict. The Pentagon, meanwhile, today said that closer relations with Hanoi would lead to a fuller accounting, especially for 55 high priority cases on which the Vietnamese government may have more information.
