TICKETMASTER WON'T BE CHARGED

The show will go on at Ticketmaster now that the Justice Department has declined to bring an antitrust case against the nation's largest distributor of concert tickets. Justice launched an investigation last fall intocharges by the rock group Pearl Jam and others that the company's service charge was excessive and amounted to price gouging.Ticketmaster sold an estimated $1.6 billion in tickets last year, taking in $240 million in service charges.
