In what turns out to be a piece of disastrous timing,California Gov. Pete Wilsonwill declare his candidacy for the GOP presidential nomination tonight on CNN's "Larry King Live." The Immigration and Naturalization Service said today that it is investigating whether Wilson's former maid, an illegal immigrant, faked a marriage to stay in the country legally.
