HE'S JOHN DOE NO. 2, BUT HE IS NOT A SUSPECT

The elusiveJohn Doe No. 2has been identified, but federal authorities say that he apparently had nothing to do with theOklahoma City bombing. Quoting an unnamed FBI agent, the Associated Press reported that John Doe No. 2 is Todd Bunting, a private first class stationed at Ft. Riley, Kan. Federal officials said that the man just happened to be at the Junction City, Kan. truck rental office, near Ft. Riley,when suspect Timothy McVeigh allegedly rented the Ryder truckthat carried the bomb. Bunting refused interviews today.
