Prosecutors unexpectedly announced that they will not callDr. Irwin Golden, saying that Golden's superior, Coroner Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran, hasgiven jurors a complete analysis of the murder wounds. As defense attorney Robert Shapiro leapt to his feet to declare the defense's intentions to call Golden as a witness once the prosecution completes its case, Judge Lance Ito inquired when that is likely to be.
