Students at West Virginia's Wheeling Park High learned that school administrators weren't justblowing smokewhen they said that students caught smoking or chewing tobacco in school would be prosecuted. Eight such students were hauled before a magistrate Monday, where seven pleaded guilty and were ordered to pay the maximum $5 fine plus $62 in court costs, while an eighth asked for a trial. School Principal George Krelis said parents support the school's policy.
