A woman living in the Arizona trailer park where police found Colbern's truck today recalled a next-door neighbor named Steven who wore army fatigues, raised snakes and lizards, and left his trailer so dirty it stank. "He was a jerk. He's a lazy, no-good mama's boy," Maybelle Hertig, 70, told the Associated Press. She recalled that Steven had had packages of ammunition delivered to her trailer and other neighbors'.
