KEVORKIAN TESTS ANTI-SUICIDE LAW

Dr. Jack Kevorkian was present at the death (and possible suicide) today of a seriously ill minister in Detroit. Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear Kevorkian's appeal of Michigan'slaw against assisted suicide. The Court's denial of appeal means that if the minister's death is ruled a suicide, Kevorkian, who has been present for 22 suicides, could be tried on murder charges. .
