After a 120-day lockout by baseball owners,major league umpireshave agreed to a new five year contract. Replacement umps had worked all the spring training games as well as the first 66 games of the regular season to somewhat mixed reviews after the umpire's contract expired Dec. 31. The regular umpires will get raises of 25 percent to 37.5 percent and will return to the field on Wednesday.
