The FBI this afternoon obtained arrest warrants for two unidentified white men suspected of renting the truck that contained the Oklahoma City bomb . At an afternoon news conference, Attorney General Janet Reno announced the U.S. would offer up to $2 million for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the pair, who rented the Ryder rental truck from Elliott's Body Shop in Junction City, Kan., on Apr. 17. Investigators said the truck was packed with fuel-and-fertilizer explosives. The Bureau has issued sketches of the suspects: one is between 5'10" and 5'11' feet tall, weighs 180 to 185 pounds, and has a light brown crew cut; the other is 5'9" to 5'10" tall, weighs 175 to 180 pounds, has brown hair and has a tattoo on his left arm. At a Washington briefing, Reno refused to comment on whether the development diminished the possibility that Islamic groups were involved. At London's Heathrow Airport last night, British authorities detained a Jordanian-American en route from Chicago to Rome, whom FBI officials describe as a possible witness, and returned him to Washington. His luggage, seized in Rome, contained possible bomb-making tools.Oklahoma Explosion FileOklahoma Explosion Bulletin Board
