CORRECTING A MISFIRE

First she was fired. Then she was hired. Now she's fired again. South African PresidentNelson Mandela ousted his estranged wife Winniefrom his cabinet again today -- just two days after re-hiring her. Mrs. Mandela had filed a lawsuit that claimed the first firing was illegal because other ministers had not been consulted, as required by the South African constitution. This time, the President ousted her by the book.
