Ousted O.J. Simpson juror Jeanette Harris has presented a long list of complaints aboutlife on the juryto Judge Lance Ito. Among them: That there was racial tension amongjury members, with black and white members using separate gyms and watching movies in separate rooms. Harris also suspected that her room had been searched, and said that some jurors received preferential treatment from guards. The transcript of Ito's Wednesday afternoon meeting with Harris was released today. Although defense attorneys have accused the prosecution in the past few days of trying to sabotage the jury,TIME Los Angeles correspondent James Willwerthsays that the real problem lies with the guards: "This is the deputies' fault. There's no sophistication in how these people are being managed. They just respond rigidly to a situation, and they're treating these people like prisoners."
