STERN WARNING

In Harlingen, Texas, Justice of the Peace Eloy Cano has issued an arrest warrant forradio shock jock Howard Stern, charging him with disorderly conduct for mocking fans of the slain Tejano singer Selena. The warrant could be served if Stern sets foot in Texas. Soon after Selena was gunned down in Corpus Christi last month, Stern played her music to the sound of gunfire and said: “Alvin and the Chipmunks have more soul . . . Spanish people have the worst taste in music. They have no depth.” He later apologized on-air.
