O.J. JURY FALLOUT

O.J. Simpson's defense lawyers today accused prosecutors of harassing and spying on witnesses. The "Dream Team" sought a hearing on prosecution misconduct, alleging that authorities have been tailing their witnesses and that prosecutors improperly obtained information from private conversations between Simpson, his lawyers and those witnesses.Defense attorney Johnnie Cochranalso alleged there is a prosecution conspiracy to oust jurors sympathetic to the defense. The sixth juror to be released from the panel said in a TV interview that she accepted many defense theories and questioned the honesty of key prosecution witnesses. She also predicted ahung jury. Los Angeles District Attorney Gil Garcetti held a press conference to defuse the charges, saying that he has "great faith" in the jury and that the prosecution team "remains extremely confident" in its case.O.J.
