STRIKE TWO FOR OWNERS

Major leaguebaseball owners struck outin court again today, as a federal appeals panel rejected their bid to stay an injunction issued against them for unfair labor practices. The three-judge appeals panel indicated there is little chance the injunction will be overturned in appeal proceedings scheduled for May.
