Just two days after a rocket accidentally fired by a Russian warplane hit a house, the Defense Ministry has more explaining to do . An ammunition depot 20 miles from the Chinese border blew up today, spewing shells and rockets for miles and forcing the evacuation of local residents. Officials said the blast may have been sparked by a forest fire. Or, maybe not. Two days ago, a satellite launched on a converted nuclear missile crashed into the Sea of Okhotsk. On March 10, an attack jet accidentally fired a missile that narrowly missed a nuclear power plant south of Moscow. Remarkably, nobody has been injured in any of the mishaps.
