MARTIN BOWS OUT

Bush Administration Labor Secretary Lynn Martin today announced she will not run for president after all. "I would not bring the full commitment of time, energy and person that the next year requires and that the run deserves," said the former Illinois congresswoman, a Republican who had been making the campaign rounds in New Hampshire. "I cannot convince myself I would progress along in the campaign as one must."
