JURY WILL WITNESS POLICE INVESTIGATION

The O.J. Simpson defense will be allowed to show jurors video footage of police officers investigating the crime scene, Judge Lance Ito ruled today. Simpson's lawyers hope the news tape, showing investigators cramped together in the small area outside Nicole Brown Simpson's condominium, will reinforce their theory that physical evidence was damaged or contaminated by the police. The trial was delayed until late this afternoon while arguments over the video were heard.
