Pat Buchanan will make another run for the GOP presidential nomination, Reuters reports. A thorn in President Bush's 1992 re-election effort, Buchanan delivered a fiery speech at the last GOP convention, in which he vowed to "take back America, street by street, block by block.'' The would-be candidate reportedly made the decision after former Vice President Dan Quayle decided last week to drop out of the race, raising Buchanan's hope of claiming Quayle's Christian Right constituency. Buchanan associates said he would attend a Republican convention in New Hampshire this weekend and compete in a straw-poll popularity ballot in South Carolina March 3.
