CALIFORNIA BRACES FOR NEW STORM

As Californians continued to mop up heavy rain damage, flash-flood warnings were issued today for the northern half of the state, where a new storm is expected to hit tonight. Another large storm system is moving toward southern California from the Pacific. The two-week onslaught of rain has taken ten lives and caused an estimated $300 million in damages so far.
