NICOLE SIMPSON'S THERAPIST SUBPOENAED: Sources close to theO.J. Simpson trialhave told TIME Los Angeles correspondent Elaine Lafferty that Dr. Susan Forward, Nicole Simpson's therapist, has been subpoenaed by the prosecution to testify at a hearing on January 9. Dr. Forward had previously told reporters that O.J. Simpson had abused his wife. The hearing will concern the admissibility of evidence concerning O.J.'s alleged violent treatment of his ex-wife.
