The Clarence Thomas-Anita Hill thing hits the big screen with the appropriate plot twist: This time its a woman -- a corporate climber -- played by Demi Moore doing all the harassing and Michael Douglas playing the poor underling who gets seduced. While TIME movie critic Richard Schickel says the "cast is terrific" and the plot has some "strong, confrontational scenes" ultimately, the story line is hard to believe. At some point, Moore's character's corporate schemings "begin to feel like a lot of plotting for plotting's sake, something to do for the second half of what would otherwise have been a very short and simple tale."
