The Nobel Peace Prize laureates -- Israel's Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and Foreign Minister Shimon Peres and PLO leader Yasser Arafat -- arrived in Oslo today to accept their awards in tomorrow's gold-medal ceremony. Arafat, hoping to leave behind the infighting and controversy currently escalating in his land, was greeted by hecklers protesting his win in light of their view of the PLO's terrorist history. Among the protesters were several Jewish-Americans, who cried "Shame, shame" and were later arrested by Norwegian police. The two sides will use any spare time to continue the peace process, which coincidentally came to a head in Oslo last year when the Norwegians orchestrated a secret peace agreement. That agreement, however, is currently on the rocks in light of Arafat's inability to control internal disputes.
