Clinton's popularity has sunk to a point where he'd lose to a hypothetical Republican challenger, 53 to 40 percent, if things don't change, a CNN/USA Today/Gallup released today says. The survey of 1,014, taken over the weekend, showed the president's job approval rating at 42 percent, against 50 percent disapproval.
