A LAST-MINUTE CHANGE

The Democrats' losses resulted from an eleventh hour shift and in spite of Clinton's cross-country stumping in the last days, the poll shows. Voters picked Republicans 36-30 as the party capable of handling the nation's problems. Yet the same question asked just two weeks back favored the Dems 34-31.
