U.S. TO STEP UP SUPPORT FOR BOSNIANS

As the Bosnian Muslims turn the tide in a war they were losing till last week, the United States is moving to help them. The Clinton administration says that next week it will present the U.N. Security Council with a resolution to lift thearms embargo against the Bosnian government. But political analysts continue to predict that the resolution has little chance of passing because of the opposition of the Russian government.
