Microsoft Exec Retracts Testimony
Since there's no jury in the Microsoft antitrust trial, it's up to
the presiding judge to assess the credibility of witnesses for
himself. Yesterday Judge Jackson watched as a
government lawyer accused a Microsoft manager of making
up evidence on the stand and then forced the witness to
retract his testimony.
