The Supreme Court has cleared the way for Operation Rescue founder Randall Terry's jailing. Terry's problems date back to the 1992 Democratic National Convention, when a member of his group displayed a fetus to candidate Bill Clinton, in flagrant violation of a court order. Terry was subsequently convicted for contempt of court and given a five-month jail sentence. Terry appealed, but today the Supreme Court left Terry's conviction and sentence intact.
