The Supreme Court opened its new term -- with fresh-faced Justice Stephen Breyer on board. On tap: arguments on both sides of term limits for U.S. Congress, civil rights and free speech.AND WHAT THEY WON'T TOUCH . . . The Court also refused a raft of others, involving everything from abortion to an accused Nazi to Dan Quayle's alleged pot connection. Among those cases tossed aside or sent back to lower courts: a New Jersey court's ruling that had barred anti-abortion pickets from getting within 300 feet of the home of a doctor who performs abortions; the Justice Department's 17-year-old legal battle seeking to strip accused Nazi death camp guard John Demjanjuk of his American citizenship; and an appeal over a Pennsylvania law shielding doctors from liability lawsuits over prenatal advice.
