TAILHOOK . . . SUDDENLY IT'S SETTLED

Just a day after Navy Lieut. Paula Coughlin was dealt a legal setback in her sexual harassment suit against the Tailhook Association, the group's lawyer disclosed a settlement. Coughlin, an admiral's aide, claimed she was sexually assaulted at the 1991 Tailhook convention in Las Vegas. Attorneys for her and defendant No. 2, the Las Vegas Hilton, will meet Friday over damages.
