BUBBA BLOWS TOWN

President Clinton is heading for Martha's Vineyard for a week long vacation. He'd like to repeat last year's down time with porch reading, horseback-riding with Chelsea, jogging and a few rounds of golf. Secret Service agents have had the Oyster Pond estate cordoned off for a week, and have done security checks on the houses surrounding the Farm Neck Golf Course.
