A source close to O.J. Simpson's defense team claims the stiletto knife handed over to the court earlier, and which was unveiled yesterday, was undamaged. That suggests the knife could not have been used in the murders. The tipster, who talked to CNN, also said the knife was found in plain view in O.J.'s house, after police had swept through the premises. Prosecutors had focused on the implement in their search for a murder weapon.
