Six Games in September

"I can't do it alone every day," said Sammy Sosa after fellow Cub Gary Gaetti won Thursday's game for the wild-card hopefuls. How about every other day? The Cubs host a three-game set with the Reds (and by proxy the Mets) starting Friday, while Mark McGwire will spend the next three days chasing sliders in Milwaukee against the Brewers. With six games between them, against at-best-mediocre competition, figure on one or both of these guys doing something stratospheric by Monday.
