They're the rage this season -- long, flowing skirts made of rayon or rayon-cotton-blend fabric from India -- but they also may be deadly, according to the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission. The thin material can be consumed by fire in less than three seconds. Do you own one? The skirts have a layer of sheer chiffon over a gauze underskirt with an elastic or drawstring waistband.
