Jerry Seinfeld topped Forbes magazine's annual ranking of the highest-paid entertainers. The magazine says he earned $225 million this year. His friend Larry David, co-creator of "Seinfeld," is second on the list with $200 million. (Forbes says the show is the most profitable single piece of entertainment in history.) Steven Spielberg, who was No. 1 last year, slipped to third place with $175 million, followed by another perennial big earner, Oprah Winfrey, with $125 million. "Titanic" auteur James Cameron is a newcomer to the list, ranking fifth with $115 million.
