Working in the rocket business, you are occasionally reminded that the Chinese aren't the only ones who have trouble with their satellite launches. So it was Wednesday, when an Air Force Titan 4A rocket carrying a satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office exploded seconds after liftoff from Cape Canaveral.
