The U.S. Coast Guard brought ashore 26 Cubans who hijacked a boat Tuesday -- including a Cuban navy lieutenant who the Havana government said the defectors had killed in the boat's seizure. Now it looks as if he might have planned the whole thing. Meanwhile, a family of 14 Cubans fled the island in a crammed crop-dusting plane, touched down safely in the Florida Keys and kissed the ground.
