NUKE TALKS HIT A SNAG

The U.S. and North Korea suddenly adjourned talks in Geneva over the communist country's nuclear program. The two sides also canceled a scheduled evening session for today. The snag is a bad sign, since the talks were a test of new North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's willingness to open the country's nuclear program for inspection.
