President Clinton said he plans to bombard the country with two-minute speeches every day until Congress votes on health-care reform in mid-August. As White House staffers and Cabinet secretaries fan out with their own pitches, Clinton will appear nightly on CNN in spots bankrolled by the Democratic National Committee and Political Action Committees, who've been far outspent by opponents of a health-care overhaul. "For months, (the Administration) didn't answer the Harry and Louise ads," says TIME health care correspondent Dick Thompson. "They've saved everything for this moment."
