A woman who had an affair with U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Henry Cisneros filed a lawsuit against him, claiming he stopped paying her an agreed-to $4,000 a month. Cisneros has admitted that he and Linda Medlar had a two-year affair when he was mayor of San Antonio in the late 1980s. She says she wants payments until her 16-year-old daughter graduates from college.
