After Israel accused them of ignoring warnings before the two London bombings, British police said they'd offer 24-hour armed protection for more than 100 Jewish and Israeli sites around the country. TIME London bureau chief Barry Hillenbrand notes the terrorists parked their car packed with explosives by the Israeli embassy yesterday right under police noses. Says Hillenbrand: "The scary part about it is that the bombers are so good."
