NORTH KOREA . . . TALKS ARE ON AGAIN

The U.S. and North Korea agreed to resume talks to end the 16-month nuclear standoff. The move should calm some fears about the new President, Kim Jong Il. He apparently intends to keep open the diplomatic lines to the West. No date for the talks has been announced.
